ROUTE 95 (128) - HEADING NORTH

FROM ROUTE 95 - HEADING SOUTH

FROM STORROW DRIVE WEST

FROM ROUTE 90/Mass Turnpike – Traveling West from Boston

FROM ROUTE 90/Mass Turnpike – Traveling East toward Boston

FROM SOUTH via Route 3/ Southeast Expressway

ROUTE 95 (128) - HEADING NORTH:

• TAKE 128 North (Once on 128, you will see highway markers indicating both 95 North and 128 North)
• Continue past:
  Route 1, Route 109, Route 135, Route 9, Route 16, the Massachusetts Turnpike
• TAKE Route 20, Exit #26
  Once on the ramp the road will fork left for Route 20 West and right for Route 20 East. Bear RIGHT and TAKE Route 20 East, Waltham/Boston. You will be on a two lane road and you will quickly come to a set of lights.
• Continue STRAIGHT through the lights. This is Weston Street. (You will see markers for Junction 117 while on this road.)
  From here you will travel STRAIGHT for 1.5 miles and through 5 full sets of lights before your next turn. During the 1.5 miles, you will essentially be traveling through Waltham Center and will pass:
   - At one set of lights - Shell gas station on left, Walgreens Drug Store on right.
  DO NOT TAKE A HARD RIGHT HERE - continue with the flow of the road.
  (You are still on Weston Street which will turn into Main Street.)
   - On the right – Hanaford Supermarket, Gulf Gas Station (on the left)
   - (Stay in the right hand lane for both your fourth and fifth set of lights.)
   - Athena Health/Sovereign Bank Bldg. is on the right at your fourth set of lights (junction of Moody Street and Main Street). You can easily see the fifth set of lights from here.
• Take a RIGHT at the fifth set of lights onto Elm Street.
  From Elm Street to the office, you will travel 1.5 miles
• Continue straight through the full set of lights (brick building, Elm Dental is on your left) and over the railroad tracks
• The road forks - DO NOT BEAR RIGHT - stay left. Elm will turn into River Street here. (There is a sign posted.)
• The area will become residential and you will pass through more sets of lights; you will continue straight the rest of the way on River Street. You will pass:  - Set of lights by vacant gas station on the left, mini mart and church on the corners
   - Set of lights by a mini plaza with Shaws Supermarket, Rite Aid Pharmacy, etc.
   - Set of lights with D'Angelos on your left and Absolute Auto Detail on your right.
   - Set of lights by Stop & Shop on your right
  (River Street in Waltham turns into Pleasant Street in Watertown.)
   - Bank of America Drive-thru facility on right.
• We are just after Bank of America ATM Drive-thru at 600 Pleasant Street.
  The sign in front of the building indicates CFE International and Cedarwood Energy . It is a beige building and we are on the second floor.
  Parking is available in the front and at the side of the building. If you pass Russo's Market on the right, you have gone too far.

FROM ROUTE 95 - HEADING SOUTH:

• TAKE 128 South
• TAKE Route 20, Exit #26
  Once on the ramp the road will fork - Route 20 West and Route 20 East.
  TAKE Route 20 East, Waltham/Boston.
  You will be on a two lane road and you will quickly come to a set of lights.
• Continue STRAIGHT through the lights. This is Weston Street. (You will see markers for Junction 117 while on this road.)
  From here you will travel STRAIGHT for 1.5 miles and through 5 full sets of lights before your next turn. During the 1.5 miles, you will essentially be traveling through Waltham Center and will pass:

FROM STORROW DRIVE WEST:

• Travel west on Storrow Drive and bear left onto Soldiers Field Road
• Continue on Soldiers Field Road
• After you pass McDonald’s and International House of Pancakes on your left, you will come to a set of lights. Bear left onto Nonantum Road.
• At next major intersection, continue straight through traffic lights.
• At the fork (gas station), bear right onto California Street.
• Pass McDonald’s on right.
• At next major intersection, turn right onto Bridge Street.
• You will immediately come to another set of lights (facing car wash.)
• Turn left here at lights onto Pleasant Street.
• You will see Russo’s Produce Market on your left
• 600 Pleasant Street is the next building, just past a small street.
  The sign in front of the building indicates CFE International and Cedarwood Energy. It is a beige building and we are on the second floor.
  Parking is available in the front and at the side of the building.
• If you pass Stop & Shop on the left, you have gone too far.

FROM ROUTE 90/Mass Turnpike – Traveling West from Boston

• Take Exit #17 (Newton/Watertown)
• Bear Left at lights off of exit ramp and thru second set of lights.
• This will bring you onto Washington Street.
• There will be a full set of lights by Clay Chevrolet (which is on your right).
• At your second full set of lights take a Right onto Adams Street. - There are two full sets of lights right together. The first is to turn onto Jackson (by Jackson Homestead) and the second is to turn onto Adams Street.
• Continue straight until you can go no further and must turn right or left.
• Take a Right onto California Street.
• At set of lights, take a Left onto Bridge Street.
• At set of lights, take a Left onto Pleasant Street.
• We are on the left hand side just after Russo's Fruit Market on the left.
• The sign in front of the building indicate CFE International and Cedarwood Energy. It is a beige building and we are on the second floor. Parking is available in the front and at the side of the building. If you reach Stop & Shop, you've gone too far.

FROM ROUTE 90/Mass Turnpike – Traveling East toward Boston

• Take Exit #17 (Newton/Watertown)
• Go straight through first set of lights and turn left at second set—you will be passing back
  over the Turnpike
• Bear Left at next set of lights and straight through next set of lights.
• This will bring you onto Washington Street.
• There will be a full set of lights by Clay Chevrolet (which is on your right).
• At your second full set of lights take a Right onto Adams Street.
  - There are two full sets of lights together. The first set is for Jackson (by Jackson Homestead) and the second is for Adams Street.
• Continue straight on Adams Street until you can go no further and must turn right or left.
• Take a Right onto California Street.
• At set of lights, take a Left onto Bridge Street.
• Immediately you will come to another set of lights. Take a Left here onto Pleasant Street. (You will see a car wash across from you on the left corner.)
• We are on the left hand side just after Russo's Fruit Market on the left.
• The sign in front of the building indicates CFE International and Cedarwood Energy. It is a beige building and we are on the second floor.
  Parking is available in the front and at the side of the building.
  If you reach Stop & Shop, you've gone too far.

FROM SOUTH via Route 3/ Southeast Expressway

• Take Route 3 North towards Boston
• Follow Route 3 / Southeast Expressway to ROUTE 90/Mass Turnpike
• Take Route 90/ Mass Turnpike to Exit #17 (Newton/Watertown)
• Bear Left at lights off of exit ramp and through second set of lights.
• This will bring you onto Washington Street.
